Are you planning to build a hall? Building with steel offers many advantages over other construction methods. When you buy or rent a HALTEC steel hall, you benefit from a sustainable and economical construction method that you will enjoy for a long time.

HALTEC system halls are produced in our own steel construction facilities in Germany. Due to the sophisticated modular design and the high degree of prefabrication, modular halls are often referred to as prefabricated halls. Depending on the requirements, we build our SELECT halls in steel construction with single-skin trapezoidal sheet metal as a cold hall or as an insulated steel hall, e.g. when it comes to industrial halls or factory halls. The prices for prefabricated halls can vary greatly. Non-insulated hall types usually have lower requirements than insulated prefabricated halls with more complex uses. In any case, you can be sure that you are buying steel halls from HALTEC at fair prices.

The statics of steel halls are optimal for self-supporting spans of up to 40.0 metres. Larger spans can be designed as a multi-aisled hall with a saddle roof.

If you want to buy a steel building, you have many questions. As a competent project partner, we are at your side and will provide you with detailed information. We have already compiled some initial information for you here.

Foundations and anchoring types

We provide you with foundation plans and offer you various types of anchoring. HALTEC does not undertake any earthworks or foundation work.

Building permit

HALTEC is an expert in steel hall construction. The building permit for your steel building is best handled by your planning architect. We will be happy to advise you.

Delivery and assembly

Hall, delivery and assembly belong together – you always receive a complete offer from us. We plan, produce and deliver your steel building within 20 weeks on average. Our experienced assembly partners seamlessly take over the professional assembly.
