Steel building for a painting company
The entrepreneur wanted to house his entire business in one building. Office at the front, warehouse at the back with the option of storing vehicles. HALTEC SELECT steel buildings offered the customer exactly the options that could fulfil his requirements.
Many practical details and an unusual look for a hall in modular design make this hall project for the painting company in North Rhine-Westphalia something special. The hall is divided into two areas. The front part serves as an office building, the rear area as a warehouse. HALTEC was able to fulfil the customer's individual request to make the rear area for high racks higher without any problems. As a result, the steel building also looks like two separate buildings from the outside.
The fittings are also customised to the customer's requirements. A row of windows in ridge and various plastic windows allow plenty of natural light into the hall and save energy. An entrance area with canopy provides dry access to the office, while a sufficiently high industrial sectional gate allows vehicles to be loaded and unloaded in the dry. Anchoring the steel building with dowels to an on-site concrete foundation makes this hall a durable structure.
