Protection class 3 | condensation-protected. An unexpected increase in storage requirements for vehicle production arose at an OPEL site. The customer was looking for a short-term, temporary storage solution. With the HALTEC rental concept, the desired hall complex of almost 14,000 m² was rented for six months.

FAQFrequently asked questions about renting temporary buildings

Yes, you can rent BASIC temporary buildings for as little as four weeks. This is particularly interesting for warehouses that are only needed for a short time. Economical conditions are generally achieved from an installation period of three months. In general, the longer the minimum rental period, the lower the monthly rental price.


You can cancel your rental hall with six weeks' notice to the end of the contract. If you wish to continue using the hall, you do not need to do anything. The tenancy is extended on a monthly basis without a new minimum rental period. The notice period of six weeks remains in place.


Each temporary building is individually customised to the requirements of our customers. For example, a simple warehouse has different requirements than a hall that is to be heated. Due to this individuality, it is difficult to make a generalised statement about the rental costs. You are welcome to make a non-binding enquiry to obtain a specific rental price for your temporary building. Yes, simply and conveniently take advantage of the favourable conditions of our storm and fire insurance. If the worst comes to the worst, you are optimally covered.


No. At HALTEC, all equipment options are available, regardless of whether you rent or buy your temporary building. Customised solutions are also possible when renting, for an additional charge.
