Construction site tents with ballast
Protection class 2 | uninsulated. Hopfenveredlung St. Johann GmbH required temporarily protected areas for the assembly and warehousing of materials. Anchoring in the ground was not possible due to the unclear position of cables in the ground. HALTEC had the perfect solution with ballasted construction site tents for hire!
To protect the floor, HALTEC adapter ballasting was used for the three halls. With this type of attachment, there is no fixed connection to the ground. The BASIC tent halls are held in place solely by the weight of the concrete ballast. This means that there is no need for anchoring by ground pegs, some of which are up to 1.50 metres long, which prevents damage to the ground and enables dismantling without leaving any residue.
The HALTEC rental concept: particularly economical and sustainable
As the construction work on the company premises only lasted three months and the tents were to be used exclusively for this purpose, a purchase was not economically viable for the customer. HALTEC offers the perfect rental solution for such cases! The tents could be delivered in the shortest possible time from the HALTEC rental pool, which comprises approx. 43,000 m² of storage space and over 600,000 items. At the end of the flexible, customisable rental period, the hall returns to the rental pool. This sustainable concept is not only easy on the customer's wallet, but also on the environment!
The route of the supply lines in the ground could not be precisely defined. HALTEC presented us with the ideal anchoring for our tent halls in the form of ballast using concrete weights. We were also spared any damage to the floor.

Perfectly placed
Thanks to the ballast, the construction site tents could be set up exactly where they were needed.
Bright hall interior
White, translucent roof tarpaulins create daylight-like conditions in the tent hall.
Gentle on the floor
The adapter ballasting holds the tent hall firmly to the ground with its weight - the concrete weights are placed on steel base plates outside the hall. Anchoring to the ground is not necessary.
Easy access
Access to the hall is via a tarpaulin gate in the gable. It is easy to use and maintenance-free.
Well advised. HALTEC.
