Let daylight into the hall with lighting elements.

Continuous rooflights, skylight domes or, in BASIC temporary buildings, simply translucent roof tarpaulins: let daylight into the hall and save energy for lighting.

Separate storage areas with partitions.

You can subdivide your hall with partition walls. In this way, heated and unheated areas can be separated.

anchoring by ground pegs

BASIC temporary buildings, and in some cases SELECT steel buildings, can be anchored with ground nails to save costs.

Protection class 3 | condensation-protected. An unexpected increase in storage requirements for vehicle production arose at an OPEL site. The customer was looking for a short-term, temporary storage solution. With the HALTEC rental concept, the desired hall complex of almost 14,000 m² was rented for six months.

Large warehouse complex for a packaging manufacturer

Due to a constantly growing customer base, a Bremen-based packaging manufacturer was struggling with increased storage requirements. An extension was needed. Two interconnected HALTEC SELECT steel buildings were built at a new location, providing over 3,000 m² of space gain.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions about warehouses

HALTEC BASIC temporary buildings can usually be delivered within 3-4 weeks. Individual SELECT steel buildings have an average delivery time of 20 weeks.


Moist air condenses on the hall roof, especially in uninsulated halls. To prevent this condensation from dripping onto your goods, we recommend additional interior tarpaulins for BASIC temporary buildings, which drain the condensation to the sides. For SELECT steel buildings, we recommend the installation of thin sandwich panels in the roof. The thermal insulation prevents condensation from forming.
