No, HALTEC is not a general contractor. We specialise in hall construction from the top edge of the foundations. Earthworks, foundations and interior fittings are independent trades that can be carried out by specialised companies you trust. This gives you the opportunity to outsource services regionally and also benefit from often more favourable conditions.


On average, HALTEC delivers even complex industrial buildings in around 20 weeks from clarification of all details.


There are numerous funding opportunities for most building projects. An energy consultant or architect from your region can help you to utilise all the potential. Your personal HALTEC contact will be happy to advise you on how you can optimise your building to meet the relevant requirements. Please note: To avoid unnecessary additional costs, you should obtain information at an early stage so that your hall can be optimally planned from the outset.


Yes, if desired. Alternatively, we prepare the hall statically and structurally for the installation of a crane and you take care of the procurement and assembly yourself.
