Flat-roofed hall for production and goods storage
This steel building is used for the production and warehousing of plastic products. HALTEC has created individual space gains with this impressive hall. Numerous equipment details from HALTEC SELECT make it a functional and modern building.
The manufacturer of technical plastic products had found exactly the right hall partner in HALTEC. All work areas are now optimally accommodated in the 1,490 m² SELECT steel building. The front part of the hall houses production, offices and a second level. The rear area of the HALTEC hall is used for goods storage. Thanks to the flat roof and the side height of just under 9.0 metres, high racks can be placed to fully utilise the space. This means there is enough space for warehousing numerous plastic products. The individual areas are divided by a partition wall. Industrial sectional gates with a width of 4.0 m allow easy access to the steel building. The height guide allows the door leaf to run vertically upwards so that it does not interfere with the working area.
All windows are fitted with blinds. These external venetian blinds have an electric drive. External venetian blinds give you the flexibility to optimise room lighting at any time. They allow plenty of daylight into the industrial hall, but at the same time provide privacy from the outside and prevent overheating and glare. They are also a popular design element on the hall façade.
The flat-roofed hall was designed to be energy-efficient. The floor slab with energy-saving underfloor heating ensures a pleasant indoor climate while keeping heating costs at a low level.

Plenty of space
The large steel building optimally accommodates offices, production and goods storage.
Bright and friendly
The strip light in the roof illuminates the hall with bright daylight and, in the event of a fire, serves as a smoke extraction system with the NSHEVS.
Environmentally friendly
The green roof on the flat roof was installed on-site. The additional roof load of 1.00 kN/m² required for this was taken into account by HALTEC in the structural calculation.
Separate hall areas
A partition wall divides the industrial hall into two areas. The front part of the hall houses production, offices and a second level.
Practical hall access
4.0 m wide industrial sectional gates provide access to the hall and can be opened and closed conveniently at the touch of a button using the remote control.
Visually appealing
A fully glazed aluminium door adorns the prestigious entrance area of the steel building. The double-leaf door is fully glazed with insulating glass.
Well advised. HALTEC.
