Hall scaffolding, roof shapes and sizes
With spans up to 30.0 m, side heights up to 7.0 m and snow loads up to 3.5 kN/m², BASIC halls offer you enormous scope. Thanks to the modular design, they are designed for maximum standardisation and can be extended and removed at any time.
Construction
The choice of the right scaffolding construction is decisively influenced by the size of the hall and the required loads at the assembly site. With the Aluflex and ALUFLEX.PLUS systems, HALTEC can specifically address these factors and always offer the most economical solution with the least amount of material.
ALUFLEX
Temporary building system with aluminium piping profiles and hot-dip galvanised steel connecting parts. The highly standardised Aluflex hall construction is particularly suitable for small to medium hall sizes and snow loads. Spans up to 25.00 m, side heights up to 6.40 m and snow loads up to 1.56 kN/m² are possible. The grid is 2.50 m.
- particularly fast delivery
- short assembly times
- generally simple assembly tools
- high eaves height not possible with large spans and/or high snow loads
ALUFLEX.PLUS
Aluflex.PLUS can withstand significantly higher loads than conventional temporary buildings with comparable material usage. Combinations of large spans and side heights as well as high snow loads are the particular strengths of ALUFLEX.PLUS. Spans up to 30.0 m, side heights up to 7.0 m and snow loads up to 3.50 kN/m² are possible. The grid is 5.0 m, 4.25 m or 3.0 m, depending on requirements.
- very high snow loads and side heights possible
- suitable for photovoltaic systems with fixed roof covering and dowel anchoring
- visually appealing, continuous installation of the fixed façade elements
- longer delivery and assembly time
- mobile crane required for assembly
