Floor anchoring and floor connection

The fastening options and finishes on the floor are very versatile. Depending on the use and authorisation, HALTEC temporary buildings can be erected with or without foundations on a wide variety of substrates.

Floor anchoring

HALTEC offers suitable anchoring types for every substrate - with and without foundations.

Anchoring by ground pegs

Save yourself cost-intensive foundations and anchor your industrial tent directly into the ground with ground pegs. Temporarily used and rented halls can be dismantled with virtually no residue. Suitable for many existing substrates such as gravel, paving or asphalt.

Anchoring with dowels

This proven and solid anchoring is extremely economical and the most commonly used fixing method for long-term use. Suitable for anchoring to concrete.

Movable on rails

HALTEC is one of the few suppliers of mobile halls. With this system, the entire tent hall can be moved lengthways on rails. Ideal for use during assembly work and as a construction site canopy.

Ballast

If the surface must remain intact, temporary buildings can be ballasted with concrete weights. If necessary, the hall can be dismantled with virtually no residue.

Adapter ballasting

Concrete weights are secured to the ground outside the industrial tent. This does not restrict the usable area in the hall.

Substructure ballasting

With this type of ballasting, the industrial tent is anchored from above on concrete weights. A positive side effect is a greater usable height.

Floor connection

Depending on the respective protection classe and floor anchoring, there is a choice between different floor connections with different effects on the impermeability of the hall.

Tarpaulin

A tarpaulin overhang of approx. 10.0 cm lies on the ground and compensates for slight unevenness in the ground.

Trapezoidal profile

The trapezoidal profile rests on the base plate at the bottom. A bitumen sheet can optionally be selected as an additional seal for the industrial tent.

Sandwich element

The cladding of the hall ends with a simple finish of bend plates and sealing tape on the floor.
