Temporary building as a warehouse extension for a metal dealer
Protection class 3 | condensation-protected. The company BIKAR-METALLE needed a new warehouse to better protect its goods. Particularly impressive was the short delivery and assembly time of the new BASIC temporary building, as well as the mobile hall construction with the option to relocate at a later date.
The 600 m² HALTEC BASIC temporary building of the Aluflex.plus type was able to fulfil all of the company's requirements. Thanks to the aluminium construction and modular design, it was delivered at short notice and assembled quickly. The large hall with a side height of six metres now offers enough space to store metal goods safely and space-savingly on high shelves for resale.
Both protection against condensation and the ability to move the hall flexibly at a later date with almost no residue thanks to the ground pegs were important factors for the customer when purchasing the new hall.
However, the appearance of the hall was also important. HALTEC has various hall design options available for its customers. Trapezoidal profiles as wall cladding give the warehouse from BIKAR-METALLE a visually appealing warehouse character and also provide effective theft protection. The look is rounded off with blue bend plates in the metal dealer's corporate colours.

Matching the colours of the existing buildings, the new BASIC temporary building blends in well with the company premises.
Lots of daylight and space
Thanks to translucent PVC tarpaulin, plenty of daylight enters the hall. A side height of 6 metres allows storage on high racks.
Safe hall entrances
The 4.50 m wide roller shutter gate with adjacent escape door ensures the safe movement of goods and people.
Proper floor connection
A bitumen membrane welded onto the paving surface serves as a seal on the floor.
