Large warehouse complex for a packaging manufacturer
Due to a constantly growing customer base, a Bremen-based packaging manufacturer was struggling with increased storage requirements. An extension was needed. Two interconnected HALTEC SELECT steel buildings were built at a new location, providing over 3,000 m² of space gain.
The two warehouses are made of hot-dip galvanised quality steel in a modular design and are connected by a small pent roof. The new warehouse impresses above all with its high efficiency. Thanks to the side height of 8.30 metres, warehousing is possible in very high racks across the entire storage area. Large canopies ensure dry loading and unloading, while the lorries can drive right up to the hall at the docking stations. The skylight domes on the roof provide sufficient lighting inside the hall and help to fulfil the high fire protection requirements.
Attractive appearance
In addition to their functionality, the new warehouses also impress with their attractive appearance. The integration of the massive office building at the front gives the front something unique. The attica on the gable wall and the green bend plates round off the special overall impression.
