Temporary sales hall for a DIY store
Protection class 4 | partly insulated. HALTEC supplied a hall for rent for the Hagebaumarkt in Schwalmstadt. The temporary salesroom from HALTEC was used to bridge the gap during the conversion work. The BASIC temporary building is optimally equipped with mobile heating and LED lighting.
The renovation of the garden centre was drawing ever closer and a suitable temporary solution had to be found for the relocation of the sales areas. HALTEC realised the ideal solution for the nine-month construction phase. The 650 m² hall for rent offers all the comforts needed to continue selling goods successfully.
Consisting of a double tarpaulin, the tarpaulin roof has good insulating properties. Combined with sandwich elements in the walls, the hall is recommended, especially if it is to be heated throughout the winter.
HALTEC also supplied a hall heating system to keep the temporary building at a comfortable temperature during the cold transitional and winter periods. Stored in a separate container, the mobile hall heating system is safe and space-saving. The heated air is transported from the oil-fuelled fan heater into the temporary building via a connected hose, where it is distributed evenly.

Temporary use
A rented BASIC temporary building is the ideal temporary solution for a Hagebaumarkt shop so that business operations are not interrupted during the conversion phase.
Inviting hall atmosphere
The translucent tarpaulin roof, the heated hall interior and a freely customisable sales area create a great shopping experience for DIY store customers.
Insulated hall façade
Energy-saving sandwich elements are used as wall cladding, which ensure that the heat remains in the hall.
Mobile heating
The mobile heater is housed in a container outside the hall to save space. The heating can be operated here with low odour and noise levels without disturbing sales operations in the hall.
Pleasant room climate
The oil-fuelled fan heater generates warm air, which is fed into the hall as required via a hose system.
Heat distribution
The heat is distributed evenly throughout the entire hall via a perforated foil tube. This skilfully prevents cold hall areas or heat build-up in the roof.
