Gates

Suitable gates for every application - from simple roller shutter gates to highly insulated industrial sectional gates.

Roller shutter gate

With galvanised, double-walled steel slats. Convenient operation without effort thanks to electric drive. Optionally with radio remote control.

Industrial sectional gate

With insulated sections ideal for insulated halls. With window sections for a clear view inwards and outwards. Can be operated manually or with electric drive. Optionally also available with radio remote control or as a high-speed gate.

Docking stations for lorries

The door seal ensures weather-protected loading and unloading. The hydraulic feed bridge ensures precise docking and contributes to accident prevention.

Doors

Accesses to your SELECT hall fulfil a wide range of requirements, e.g. as a functional escape door or as an attractive glazed entrance door.

Single-leaf entrance door

Available as a simple steel door, PVC-U door or aluminium door. Optionally with or without glass insert.

Double-leaf entrance door

Available as a functional steel door, PVC-U door or aluminium door for a prestigious entrance. Optionally with or without glass insert.

Door canopy

Your protection from wind and weather. The glazed canopy increases the attractiveness of your entrance area.

Exposure

Good lighting ensures a pleasant indoor climate. In addition, the natural light contributes to the energy efficiency of the hall.

Windows

PVC-U window with turn/tilt fitting, laminated safety glass on the outside and aluminium window sill. Further additional equipment and colours such as roller shutters, electric drive, burglar protection etc. possible.

Horizontal row of windows

Multi-part PVC-U window element installed horizontally in the façade, fixed glazing, incl. aluminium window sill and 1x turn/tilt fitting.

Vertical row of windows

Multi-part PVC-U window element installed vertically in the façade, fixed glazing, incl. aluminium window sill and 1x turn/tilt fitting.

Shop window

For attractive, effective advertising hall facades. Ideal for exhibition halls or sales halls.

Wall-strip windows

The simplest form of daylighting of building. Provides large areas of daylight. Is categorised as a melt-out area for fire protection requirements.

Row of windows in ridge

Allows plenty of natural light and fresh air into the interior. With optional smoke/heat extraction systems (SHEVS) for fire protection requirements.

Dome rooflight

For localised illumination and ventilation. Optionally with SHEV equipment for fire protection requirements.

Lighting

HALTEC relies on proven technology. Hall radiators or linear fluorescent luminaires provide the necessary illumination in the prefabricated halls.

Interior lighting

LED pendant light.

Outdoor lighting

LED lights illuminate access points and traffic routes.

Linear fluorescent luminaire

Bathtub light with LED light source.

Escape route lighting

For safety and orientation in an emergency. Low energy consumption thanks to LED technology. Up to three hours of light supply in the event of a power failure.

Canopies

Canopies and roof overhangs in various sizes and designs realise further protection in the direct outdoor area.

Gable wall canopy

A canopy extended in roof shape beyond the gable with supports. Ideal for dry loading and unloading.

Side wall canopy

A canopy extended in roof pitch beyond the side wall. Projection max. 5.0 m self-supporting to protect goods stored outside or for canopies over access points.

Customised canopy

The canopy is connected directly to the façade/structure of the steel hall and is usually used to protect access points.

Roof overhang

Small roof overhang in roof pitch beyond length and gable walls up to max. 0.5 m unsupported. For special visual requirements.

Heating and miscellaneous

Optimally tempered rooms provide your employees with a pleasant, healthy indoor climate and protect your goods. Additional construction and equipment accessories for sustainable protection and optimum utilisation of your SELECT steel building.

Radiant heating

Ceiling-mounted gas heaters ensure optimum room temperatures, protect your goods and create a pleasant room climate for your employees.

Impact protection

Protects your hall from damage caused by approaching forklift trucks or lorries during everyday work. This prevents repairs to the hall façade.

Snow guard

To protect your employees from sliding snow. Ideal in areas with a high volume of snow.
