Steel buildings with ground pegs anchoring

The medium-sized company Stefan Hirsch GmbH & Co KG from the Upper Palatinate is already an enthusiastic HALTEC customer with its two existing halls and is also relying on the hall builder's experience for the new construction project. The halls were particularly convincing with their excellent price-performance ratio.

A completely new logistics division was to be created at the new company headquarters. The idea behind it: To store goods from commercial customers at a profitable rental price. Sufficient storage space had to be created for this, which also offered effective protection from the weather. HALTEC was able to fulfil the requirements perfectly with its steel buildings. High cost and time savings on a newly created area of 3,660 m² as well as the ability to assemble on the existing surface were the decisive advantages for the contractor.

These advantages also convinced the customer of the hall:

  • Trapezoidal roof profiles with fleece coating to protect goods from dripping water from above
  • Trapezoidal profile panelling for an attractive hall appearance
  • Wall-strip windows for daylight inside the hall and additional energy savings
  • Electric roller shutter gates plus adjacent entrance doors for the movement of people and goods
  • Perforated metal strips in the longitudinal walls of the hall for ventilation and smoke extraction in the event of fire

HALTEC hall without foundation work

The hall was assembled directly on the existing asphalt surface using ground pegs anchoring to save costs. This meant that no costly foundation work was required in advance. The option of dismantling the hall without leaving any residue was also convincing - this means that the halls can be dismantled and reassembled elsewhere if necessary.

Robust and durable

Thanks to high-quality production and hot-dip galvanising in Germany, the robust steel construction in modular design guarantees a long service life.

Protection against condensation

The trapezoidal profile with fleece coating effectively protects goods from dripping condensation.

Well ventilated

The perforated metal strips in the hall façade ensure good air circulation and smoke extraction in the event of a fire.

Bright hall interior

Integrated strip lighting allows plenty of daylight into the hall and ensures energy savings that pay off.

Safety access to the hall

An electric roller shutter gate with adjacent entrance door ensures the safe movement of people and goods.

Foundation-free anchoring

Installation using ground pegs anchoring directly on the asphalt surface saves construction costs.

Clean floor connection

An L-bracket with additional sealing tape serves as a visually clean hall transition to the floor.
