Modern commercial building for a car hi-fi specialist
The car hi-fi store in Bünde had to put up with cramped rental conditions for years. Then the decision was made that the company should have a new location! HALTEC was delighted to realise the lifelong dream of owner Frank Nitsche - an individually planned HALTEC SELECT hall as the new company headquarters.
The company felt inflexible and cramped when it rented space in a car dealership. There was no space for an appealing presentation of goods, nor was it possible to handle several vehicles in the workshop area at the same time - it was simply frustrating! But that was to change abruptly with the new 565 m² commercial building.
After the landlord cancelled the lease, there was only one year to build a new company headquarters. A tough task- but HALTEC could be relied on!
Customised two-storey steel hall construction
The company divisions were optimally accommodated in the generously designed commercial hall. Starting with the entrance area of the CarHifi store, which boasts a bright exhibition area including a consultation corner. Not only can the goods be optimally displayed here - customers also feel visibly more comfortable and confidence in the retailer is growing noticeably.
The ground floor of the commercial hall is connected to the upper floor via a steel staircase, which has a 200 m² suspended ceiling providing sufficient space for offices and an acoustic room. In the home hi-fi studio, selected products can be put through their paces before purchase. A great customer service that goes down particularly well with music lovers.
The workshop is located at the rear of the new commercial hall - three vehicles can now be worked on here at the same time. Thanks to the large industrial sectional gates, even motorhomes and lorries can drive into the hall without any problems. The client is completely delighted with his new company location and can now carry out his work as a multimedia specialist much more efficiently!
