Customised production building for an industrial company
This 1,500 m² steel hall was built for the company Sander Automation in Baden-Württemberg. With a seamless connection to an existing office building, HALTEC built a modern hall designed for aesthetics and maximum productivity.
The new HALTEC SELECT steel hall was built on Sander Automation's company premises and planned entirely according to the customer's wishes. Numerous equipment details, bright rooms and a modern indoor crane impress the employees and at the same time ensure a pleasant working environment. In the new hall, work processes can now be better synchronised and run much more efficiently.
The microlined sandwich panels make the steel hall an attractive and energy-efficient building. With a thickness of 80 mm, the panels ensure that the heat stays outside in summer and inside in winter. This means that there is always a pleasant climate with low energy consumption.
The 48.0 metre-long row of windows in the ridge and the many built-in lighting elements also contribute to energy savings. The increased incidence of light means that daylight can be used to illuminate the hall. On cloudy days or in the evening, the hall lighting can be switched on.
