Our 5 protection classes will help you choose the right roof and wall cladding to suit your intended use. Depending on the protection classes, BASIC temporary buildings offer you the perfect environment for your specific requirements:
protection class 1 | roofed. Temporary building as a simple canopy without wall cladding: Ideally suited for roofed loading zones and storage areas - with protection from above against direct sun, rain, hail and snow.
protection class 2 | uninsulated. Temporary building with simple, favourable all-round protection for warehousing goods that are not sensitive to temperature. As a mobile hall, they canopy construction sites and protect temporary assemblies, optionally also movable on rails.
protection class 3 | condensation-protected. Temporary building with simple all-round protection for temperature-insensitive goods and additional protection against condensation inside. The hall are also suitable as a temporary extension to sales areas, to protect machinery or as a vehicle hall.
protection class 4 | partly insulated. Temporary building with all-round protection and additional temperature protection: Ideally suited as a warehouse for goods that are slightly temperature-sensitive. Suitable, among other things, for raw material or beverage warehouses that must have frost protection.
protection class 5 | fully insulated. Insulated temporary building with all-round protection and extended temperature protection: The fully insulated halls are ideal as a warehouse for temperature-sensitive goods, as a temporary production hall or sales hall.

BASIC - Technology and equipment
Large selection for your customised temporary building
The large modular system offers a wide choice. The right combination of scaffolding system, panelling, installation details and anchoring guarantees an economical purchase and optimum operation.
HALTEC offers two types of system halls with aluminium scaffolding: The Aluflex system is ideal for a smaller to medium span and side height or eaves height. The Aluflex.plus system hall is particularly suitable for large spans, side heights and eaves heights.
The roof and wall cladding is made of tarpaulin, trapezoidal sheet metal or sandwich panels. Tent halls and industrial tents are predominantly clad with tarpaulin and fitted with tarpaulin sliding gates. Trapezoidal sheet metal is used for more sophisticated prefabricated steel buildings for visual reasons and as protection against theft. If the hall construction is also to be fully insulated, the cladding must be made of sandwich panels. Halls with fixed wall cladding are usually accessed via a roller shutter gate.
