Temporary building for warehouse expansion
Protection class 3 | condensation-protected. A Central Franconian company from the plastics technology sector invested in a hall to expand its storage space following an increase in incoming orders. Within just five weeks, HALTEC realised a small warehouse with 150 m² of space gain for the safe and weather-protected storage of goods and raw materials.
HALTEC is known for its high-quality modular buildings. Manufactured in Germany, the aluminium halls from the HALTEC BASIC range are impressive across the board. Produced for stock, the halls are quickly available and can be customised to meet individual customer requirements. Various equipment details, such as a large door with adjacent door, can be easily integrated into the small warehouse thanks to the 2.50 m grid.
The BASIC hall was assembled on site in just three days. The HALTEC halls with modular concept enable the experienced assembly teams to complete the assembly of the small warehouse quickly. HALTEC is hall construction with a system!
Small warehouse assembled without foundations
There was no need for time-consuming foundation work in advance for this warehouse construction. Thanks to the HALTEC ground pegs anchoring system, the small warehouse can be easily erected on the existing substrate. The ground pegs are simply driven into the ground through the paved surface. This results in favourable time and cost savings during hall construction, which is something to be proud of.
Another advantage of this anchoring method is that the small warehouse can be dismantled. If the company no longer needs the BASIC hall or wants to relocate it, the small hall can be dismantled at any time.

Weather-protected storage of goods
Within a very short space of time, HALTEC realised a small warehouse with 150 m² of space gain in order to be able to store goods protected from the weather at short notice.
Condensation protection
Additional interior tarpaulins integrated into the hall roof prevent condensation from dripping from the roof onto the stored goods.
Easy access to the hall
The roller shutter gate allows goods traffic to be handled conveniently - the gate opens and closes automatically at the touch of a button. The additional adjacent escape door, on the other hand, is used exclusively for pedestrian traffic.
Foundation-free anchoring
The small warehouse was robustly anchored directly to the existing paved surface using ground nails without any prior foundation work.
Well advised. HALTEC.
