Pent roof hall for a vehicle specialist
Inspired by another enthusiastic HALTEC customer, Carmotec from Ahrensburg fulfilled its dream: out of the cramped rented premises and into the much larger, individually planned pent roof hall with a wow effect.
Carmotec from Ahrensburg specialises in vehicle retrofitting. Before the new steel hall was built, the company had a major space problem. Cars were parked in the workshop, delivered goods and dismantled parts were in the way. A new solution was needed! Carmotec found a reliable partner in HALTEC. Thanks to the new SELECT steel hall, which is precisely tailored to the company's own needs, there will be no more compromises in future. The expansion of the space to 4.5 times of its original size makes an ideal layout possible:
- In the front area, customers are received and advised, there is an office, a kitchenette as well as sanitary facilities and the technical equipment.
- In the centre of the hall is the company's own specialist workshop, where vehicle installations are carried out.
- In the rear area, the company benefits from a spacious warehouse to ensure that the required parts are always in stock.
Attractive appearance with a wow effect
The new pent roof hall from Carmotec is not only functionally built, but also extremely visually appealing. The microlined sandwich panels with hidden fixings create a modern exterior. The hall's appearance is rounded off by anthracite edging, an attractive canopy and large shop windows in the reception area.

The owner of Carmotec did not have to search long to find the perfect hall construction partner: The CarHifi store he knew in Bünde had already successfully travelled an almost identical path with HALTEC in 2017. The canopy protects the area directly around the shop window and entrance from precipitation. It also serves as a visual design element.
Light and opaque
Frosted glass windows let daylight in to the workbench and at the same time protect against prying eyes.
Large and safe access points
Large industrial sectional gates with window sections ensure access to the hall. The adjacent door with panic lock ensures the safe movement of people.
