Modern production building for automation company

SATec GmbH from Bischofswiesen had to vacate its rented production space due to its own requirements. A new location was needed. The company found a suitable plot of land in the neighbouring industrial estate - and in HALTEC, the perfect partner for the realisation of the new production building.

SATec's new company location is characterised by its particularly extensive equipment. From industrial sectional gates and a large row of windows in ridge to an indoor crane, the SELECT steel building offers almost the entire range of equipment options. Canopies in the loading area, roller shutter gates to separate areas and large ribbon windows for natural lighting round off the overall picture.

Found the right partner with HALTEC

SATec initially considered several suppliers for the construction of the new production building. In the end, HALTEC offered the best price-performance package and showed what is possible with system construction. Various individualisation requests from the customer were implemented. Both the glass façade in the entrance area and the steel construction for a gallery, on which a suspended ceiling was installed, were realised by HALTEC. The interior work was carried out by a local drywall builder, so that SATec was able to both build cost-effectively and support the local trades.

Extensively equipped production building

The new production building impresses with its comprehensive equipment in all areas of the building.

Functional interior

The interior has been divided according to the intended use. An indoor crane supports workers at the assembly stations.

Optimum protection of access routes

Large canopies protect the access roads and enable dry warehousing of materials outside the hall.

Representative entrance area

A large glass façade with a door canopy gives the entrance area a modern and inviting appearance.

False ceiling from HALTEC

The construction for the gallery was supplied by HALTEC. The interior fit-out of the offices on the upper floor was carried out by local construction companies.

Visually appealing façade

The wall cladding was created using microlined sandwich panels. For a special look, these were laid vertically in some walls and horizontally in others.

Well advised. HALTEC.
