Warehouse for a chair manufacturer
The company StolComfort needed additional space gain as an interim materials warehouse for chair production. The solution: a simple but well thought-out SELECT steel building from HALTEC - economical, individually planned and with a view to future utilisation possibilities.
With an area of 300 m², the new pent roof hall serves as an intermediate storage area for components that are processed directly in the neighbouring production building. The pent roof was not only a financially sensible choice for this size of hall - it also allows all three electrically controlled industrial sectional gates to be arranged in just one side wall. This allows goods to be conveniently stored and retrieved. The door height guidance also allows the use of high shelving systems - a clear advantage for the optimum utilisation of storage capacity.
Flexible utilisation in the future
The hall was deliberately designed to be simple in order to keep construction costs low. At the same time, it offers spatial flexibility for future changes of use: With three separate gates, the steel building can be segmented and even rented out separately if required. This makes the hall solution not only functional in everyday use, but also economically sustainable - true to the motto: HALTEC delivers exactly what is needed.
