Non-insulated warehouses for an international freight forwarding group
In order to meet the enormous space requirements of this logistics company, HALTEC realised seven halls. Within a short space of time, a hall complex was created with over 12,000 m² of new space gain for warehousing.
The economical SELECT steel halls are constructed with a robust hot-dip galvanised steel frame and equipped with trapezoidal sheet metal roof and wall cladding. The non-insulated cold storage buildings are ideal for storing temperature-insensitive goods. To ensure that the stored goods are not only protected from external influences, trapezoidal sheet metal with a fleece coating was used in the roof to prevent condensation from dripping. Thanks to this additional condensation protection, the goods in the sheet metal warehouses are stored dry with good all-round protection.
Advantages of HALTEC warehouses at a glance:
- durable: robust, hot-dip galvanised hall construction combined with strip-galvanised trapezoidal sheet metal cladding
- customisable: subsequent expansion or dismantling possible
- economical: large-dimensioned system halls with slim scaffolding construction
- quickly available: Steel hall construction is ready for use more quickly than solid construction
