Cold storage warehouse for insensitive goods
Protection class 3 | condensation-protected. The wire mesh manufacturer DHD Technology from Spalt expanded its storage capacity by a further 300 m² with this BASIC temporary building.
Reusable containers for incoming and outgoing goods are temporarily stored in the non-insulated trapezoidal sheet metal clad hall. Additional interior tarpaulins installed under the roof sheets absorb condensation and drain it to the sides. This keeps the stored goods reliably dry.
The warehouse is anchored with pegs driven directly into the ground. This saved the client from having to construct cost-intensive concrete foundations. A metal sliding gate, two doors, LED escape route marking and 40 metres of guttering complete the economical space gain.
HALTEC perfectly realised our wish for a simple warehouse without foundations. The ground pegs anchoring saved us high costs.

Plastic rollers guide the sliding gate on the ground for easy opening and closing.

The hall was mounted directly on the asphalt floor and anchored with ground nails.
