Double-bayed warehouse building with integrated office
With this impressive warehouse with office extension, an investor expanded his business area in Baden-Württemberg. In future, the 110.0 metre-long hall will provide storage space for many items in high racks.
Endless space: 4,400 m² and a side height of 11.30 m create generous space gains for storing goods. The HALTEC warehouse is rented by an online retail company that needs a lot of space to store and retrieve its numerous goods. The new hall is attached directly to the existing building on one long side and has an on-site office wing.
Warehouse from HALTEC - customised equipment
Numerous function-specific equipment details perfectly complement this customised building. For example, 17 windows have been installed to bring plenty of daylight into the hall. Several doors and industrial sectional gates ensure the safe movement of people and goods.
The total of 15 skylight domes with SHEV function ensure smoke extraction in the event of a fire. The F30 fire protection coating of the steel structure also fulfils the required fire protection requirements.
