HALTEC proves that a warehouse can also be "chic". With its flat roof, glazed entrance area and special wall cladding, this warehouse building with integrated office looks great.
With the new HALTEC SELECT warehouse, the client has gained a total of 1,250 m² of new space. In addition to warehousing the goods, the hall also serves as an office location. An attractive appearance was therefore one of the client's wishes. Even at first glance, the wall cladding looks particularly elegant. The anthracite-coloured sandwich panels are not installed vertically as usual, but horizontally. In addition, the image is not disturbed by visible screws thanks to the hidden fixings.
The entrance area of the warehouse was also given a particularly attractive design. Large, glazed aluminium doors have an inviting effect on every visitor. The canopy protects against rain and gives the hall another visual highlight. The area in front of the entrance was also attractively paved and planted by the client.

A total of three electric industrial sectional gates allow easy entry and exit. The integrated wicket door ensures the safe movement of people.
