Pent roof hall with ground pegs anchoring
A manufacturer of coating systems was looking for a temporary hall in which to store its stock at short notice. HALTEC customised the hall precisely to the customer's individual requirements. A HALTEC steel building for rent was the ideal solution.
The manufacturer of coating systems needed a short-term storage solution for a limited period of time. Thanks to a rented pent roof hall from HALTEC, he was able to fulfil this requirement in a very short space of time. It was important to the customer to be flexible when purchasing the hall. The customer stores its raw materials in the 50.0 metre-long HALTEC hall.
The pent roof hall was anchored to the existing floor using ground pegs. This fastening method saves time and money during hall construction. There is no need to build an extra foundation and, at the end of the rental period, the ground pegs anchoring ensures almost residue-free dismantling.
Efficient equipment
HALTEC also supplied the manufacturer of coating systems with an oil-fuelled fan heater, which ensures that the temperature inside the pent roof hall is pleasant. The mobile hall heating system is safely housed in a lockable container. Another advantage of the heating container: the heating is stored outside the hall in the container, which means that the entire hall area can be used for goods storage without the heating container taking up much space in the hall. In addition, the frost-sensitive goods are perfectly protected.
Wall-strip windows, which were integrated directly into the façade, ensure good lighting conditions in the warehouse. Numerous hall radiators can be switched on for additional illumination of the hall.

Outside, 3.0 metre projecting canopies protect the accesses to the pent roof hall.

A crash barrier protects the hall façade from damage when manoeuvring vehicles.
Rooflight domes with SHEV function
Skylight domes illuminate the interior of the hall with sufficient daylight and fulfil the required fire protection regulations thanks to the integrated SHEVS.
Foundation-free anchoring
The steel frame of the warehouse is anchored foundation-free with ground pegs directly into the existing floor.
Mobile heating
The mobile oil fan heater for rent is housed outside the hall in a lockable container in a safe and space-saving manner.
