Warehouse for a wholesaler of baby products
Protection class 3 | condensation-protected. A retailer of baby products from Thuringia has created additional storage space with this warehouse. The customer wanted to be able to react more quickly to the market with the warehouse. HALTEC was able to optimally meet the demand with a BASIC hall for rent.
The HALTEC hall for rent offered the retailer from Thuringia the ideal alternative to buying a hall. The warehouse is rented for a minimum term of two years. At the end of the rental period, this customer is free to decide whether to dismantle the warehouse, extend the rental period or purchase it.
To protect the stored goods from condensation, the underside of the roof trapezoidal profiles is provided with a fleece coating. This warehouse therefore complies with protection class 3 | condensation-protected.
The anchoring method using ground nails made it possible to install the BASIC hall on the existing tarmac floor without any problems. They are driven directly into the ground, so there is no need for cost-intensive concrete foundations. Lengthy curing times for the concrete are also eliminated. Thanks to the ground pegs anchoring, the warehouse can be dismantled almost completely at the end of the rental period.
In the dark, the mobile, plug-in lighting can be switched on in the hall. This is attached directly to the supporting structure of the warehouse.
