Warehouse for a machine and plant manufacturer
Protection class 3 | condensation-protected. A leading manufacturer of machines and systems expanded its space capacities with the construction of a 600 m² warehouse by HALTEC. The increase in storage space and protection from the weather were very important to the customer.
The BASIC temporary building from HALTEC fulfils all the wishes and requirements of a machine and plant manufacturer for the recycling industry. The storage goods can be stored safely and securely in the hall. Interior tarpaulins are fitted to drain off condensation water, meaning that this warehouse complies with protection class 3 | condensation-protected. Recycling machines are housed in the front area of the warehouse. The rear area is used to store goods and has separate access to the hall. Thanks to a side height of 7.0 metres, there is enough space for high shelves.
Access to the hall is provided by electric roller shutter gates. They can be easily opened and closed at the touch of a button. People can enter the hall safely and easily through an adjacent entrance door, which can be used as an escape door in an emergency thanks to the anti-panic lock.
Hall fastening using ground pegs anchoring
The BASIC warehouse is intended for permanent use. HALTEC decided in favour of a cost-effective and robust hall fastening system. The warehouse was anchored into the ground using ground pegs. Concrete foundation work was not required in advance and the warehouse could be secured to the existing substrate within a short space of time.
