Temporary building for rapid expansion of storage capacity

Protection class 3 | condensation-protected. The operator of a speciality store in Lower Saxony wanted to significantly increase its storage capacity. An economical and quick solution was needed. With a HALTEC BASIC temporary building, he got exactly what he needed.

With the Aluflex.plus hall system, the desired size and, above all, height could be realised without any problems. With an eaves height of 6.0 metres and a floor area of 20.0 x 50.0 metres, the hall offers the customer an enormous amount of space gain.

The temporary building is also functionally designed to meet the customer's needs. The large roller shutter gate in the gable wall provides direct access to the hall. This means that goods can be loaded and unloaded in a relaxed manner inside the hall. To ensure the safety of people, escape doors with anti-panic locks were installed at the rear of the hall.

With the new HALTEC BASIC warehouse, the customer has gained a total of 1,000 m² of new storage space.

The translucent roof tarpaulins allow plenty of light into the hall during the day - even in cloudy weather.

The electric roller shutter gate makes it possible to drive into the hall, even with larger vehicles.
