Cold hall for warehousing insensitive goods
With a HALTEC SELECT steel building, a Swiss industrial company got exactly the hall it needed. The cold hall is used for warehousing temperature-insensitive goods and offers easy access for loading and unloading.
This warehouse for rent was delivered in just eight weeks. Expensive foundation work was not necessary in advance, as the hall could be anchored directly to the asphalt floor with pegs. At the end of the rental period, it can even be removed again with virtually no residue.
As no specific temperatures need to be maintained inside the hall, it was designed to be non-insulated. The wall cladding made of trapezoidal profiles is complemented by insulated sandwich panels in the roof. This prevents dripping condensation.
The equipment also includes two roller shutter gates for easy loading and unloading, four multi-purpose doors for the safe movement of people, wall-strip windows for natural lighting of the hall and a rain gutter for the controlled drainage of rainwater.

Lots of space gain
With the new cold storage hall for warehousing, the Swiss industrial company has created a whole 1,500 m² of new storage space.
Natural lighting
Thanks to the light strip in the side wall, plenty of daylight enters the hall interior. Artificial lighting is not necessary.
Easy access to the hall
The electric roller shutter gates make it easy to deliver or collect goods. Multi-purpose doors regulate the safe movement of people.
Controlled water drainage
A box gutter with connected downpipes ensures the controlled drainage of rainwater.
