Versatile steel buildings for an HVAC specialist company
The company Koch Bad & Heizung in Löhne needed a multifunctional building for a new company headquarters - and opted for a multifunctional HALTEC SELECT steel building. The result is a modern hall construction in which the company was able to unite its diverse business activities under one roof.
A bathroom and heating exhibition, office space and a spacious storage area are now all under one roof. The hall was customised precisely to the needs of the company. In the front area, a representative façade with generous shop windows and other lighting elements puts the high-quality bathroom exhibition in the perfect light. The adjoining offices benefit from natural light through numerous windows. The warehouse is located at the rear - functionally equipped with several industrial sectional gates, skylight domes and escape doors.
Energy-efficient and high-quality fit-out
Thanks to the design with 100 or 140 mm thick, fully insulated sandwich panels and the energy-saving floor slab with integrated underfloor heating, the hall also fulfils the highest demands in terms of energy efficiency.
The interior fit-out was carried out in close collaboration with an interior designer - the result is a well thought-out and visually appealing company headquarters that ideally combines functionality and a cosy atmosphere.
We still feel very well advised with the decision to build our hall in this way. We would build with HALTEC again at any time.
