Temporary warehouses for a scaffolder

Protection class 3 | condensation-protected. The rapid expansion of Gerüstbau Heil urgently required more storage space. The challenge: the new warehouse had to be built as quickly and cost-effectively as possible. The solution: a partially used temporary building from HALTEC.

Space gain
800 m²

Width
20.00 m

Length
40.00 m

Side height
6.00 m

Ridge height
8.68 m

Snow load
0.90 kN/m²

Within a few weeks of the order being placed, the aluminium warehouse was erected on the existing gravel subsoil. Anchoring by ground pegs meant that no expensive and time-consuming foundation work was necessary. This meant that the 20.00 m wide and 40.00 m long hall could be assembled in just one working day. The partially used warehouse was clad with new trapezoidal sheet metal. This meant that the hall could be realised cost-effectively and still be visually appealing.

Equipment tailored to the utilisation

The "new" warehouse from Gerüstbau Heil offers exactly the equipment that the customer needs - no more and no less. Large roller shutter gates in the gable and side walls allow the scaffolding parts to be stored and retrieved quickly using forklift trucks. The gates also offer sufficient space for access with smaller lorries. Wall-strip windows in the two side walls provide natural lighting inside the hall.
