Industrial tent for assembly tests
Protection class 3 | condensation-protected. A leading supplier of control and test systems approached HALTEC with the need for temporary hall rental. With a 50 m² industrial tent from HALTEC, the customer can now also carry out assembly tests outside the production rooms.
To temporarily gain more working space, the customer from Franconia decided to rent a hall. By relocating the assembly tests to the new industrial tent from HALTEC, more space is now available in the production rooms. Access to the industrial tent is via trapezoidal sliding gates. Direct access to the main building is guaranteed via a hall entrance in the side wall.
The test work in the industrial tent must be carried out safely and protected from the weather. Protection against dripping water on the tarpaulin roof is therefore very important. Moisture from above, which can cause damage to the test systems, should therefore be prevented. The solution: additional interior tarpaulins in the hall drain off the condensation water in a controlled manner. The industrial tent from HALTEC therefore complies with protection class 3 | condensation-protected.
Industrial marquee without foundations - hall fastening with pegs
Above all, foundation-free ground pegs anchoring has its advantages when renting an industrial marquee. The ground pegs are driven directly into the existing ground during hall assembly. This eliminates the need for costly and time-consuming foundation work. The customer was able to use the rented industrial marquee from HALTEC after a very short time. The ground pegs anchoring ensures that the tent can be dismantled with virtually no residue.
