Temporary sales hall for a fashion store
Protection class 5 | fully insulated. The company Modepark Röther had to vacate its previous rental property in Hückelhoven. The fashion retailer needed a temporary sales outlet until a new shopping centre could be built. A fully insulated HALTEC BASIC temporary building proved to be the perfect interim solution.
Built in just 3 weeks: Within a very short space of time, HALTEC realised an impressive, multi-aisle temporary building with 3.570 m² of space gain. While the new shopping centre is being built right next door, the hall allows the retail business to continue operating seamlessly. With two aisles, each 25.0 m wide and 70.0 m long, the ALUFLEX.PLUS hall construction offers sufficient space for an attractive presentation of goods.
Temporary use
To avoid expensive and time-consuming foundation work, the hall was anchored directly to the tarmac surface using ground nails. As soon as the shop was able to move into the new premises, the temporary buildings could be dismantled again with virtually no residue. The used area is then immediately available as a car park.
Optimum equipment
The hall not only impresses with its size, but also with its attractive appearance: shop windows and an automatic glass sliding door create an inviting appearance in the entrance area. Roof light domes with SHEV function and mobile LED lighting ensure optimum presentation of the goods, while a separate storage and delivery area with roller shutter gate and HALTEC carport guarantees efficient logistics processes. Escape doors in the side walls round off the well thought-out equipment.
Thanks to the HALTEC BASIC temporary building, we were able to continue our sales without interruption - and in an environment that appeals to our customers as much as it does to us. The fast realisation and the well thought-out equipment have absolutely convinced us.
