Movable assembly tent for a concrete contractor
Protection class 2 | uninsulated. A concrete plant needed an industrial canopy for dry working in an unloading basin. The challenge: the basin still had to be accessible from above. HALTEC had the perfect solution with a movable assembly tent!
The assembly tent is mounted on rollers on steel rails and can be moved lengthways. The rails themselves are anchored to a flat concrete surface with pegs. Rail stoppers at the end of the two rails prevent the rail ends from being accidentally driven over.
To protect the work in the pool from the weather, a tarpaulin cover with sliding gate can also be installed in the gable.

Protected from the weather
If the assembly tent is pushed over the unloading basin, it is protected from wind and rain.
Simple shifting
The hall can be moved relatively easily by applying even force to the base area of the side walls.
All-round protection
Thanks to the tarpaulin sliding gate in the gable wall, the assembly tent can be closed all round to make it weatherproof at any time.
Firmly anchored
The running track was anchored to a level concrete slab with ground nails. Rail stoppers delimit the roller track.
Durable and safe
The heavy-duty rollers are mounted on ball bearings and can withstand high loads. After moving, the assembly tent is secured with bolts.
