Temporary buildings for rent for an automotive supplier
Protection class 2 | uninsulated. An automotive supplier from the Czech Republic needed an enormous amount of space for warehousing its goods. With four huge temporary buildings, HALTEC created a total of 5,380 m² of space gain! Thanks to the large HALTEC rental pool, the halls could be utilised within a very short time.
When planning the halls, particular attention was paid to optimising the movement of goods. Large sliding doors allow large vehicles to enter and exit the building. This means that all lorry and forklift traffic takes place inside the hall. The goods therefore remain dry at all times, even during loading and unloading. The translucent roof tarpaulins provide sufficient light in the halls. This creates an atmosphere similar to daylight during the day - perfect for reducing the risk of accidents and energy costs.
Particularly flexible thanks to rental
The special feature of this project was that the halls were delivered and assembled in full in just seven weeks. This was possible by the powerful HALTEC rental pool with over 600,000 items in stock. At the end of the rental period, the customer is free to decide whether to extend the rent, purchase or dismantle. Thanks to the hall anchoring with pegs, dismantling is even possible with virtually no residue.

Large and economical
With the four new HALTEC BASIC temporary buildings for rent, the customer achieved enormous space gains in a very short time.
Practical connection
For even greater space gain, two of the temporary buildings were designed as double-bayed buildings and are built directly next to each other on one long side. This gives the customer even more flexibility when planning the routes. A PVC gutter in the centre connects the two temporary buildings and drains rainwater to the outside.
Efficient operating routes
The halls are so large that all delivery traffic can take place inside the hall. Dry loading and unloading is possible at all times.
Maintenance-free access
The large sliding gates also allow large vehicles to enter and exit. They are also maintenance-free and easy to handle thanks to the running track and ball-bearing mounted rollers.
Foundation-free anchoring
Thanks to the uncomplicated anchoring by ground pegs, no expensive foundation work was necessary, saving enormous construction costs. The ground pegs can be removed almost completely at the end of the rental period.
