In order to create more storage space and storage facilities, a vehicle manufacturer from northern Germany decided in favour of a temporary building from HALTEC. As the customer wanted to use the hall permanently, he decided to buy it. The 1,500 m² hall has numerous equipment details to offer. It is equipped with eight metal sliding doors and eight escape doors, each installed in the gable and side walls. The hall was anchored to an on-site concrete foundation using dowels. The strip foundation design is almost ideal for this permanent building. It is uncomplicated to construct and comparatively inexpensive.

Protection against moisture and damp

When selecting a suitable temporary building, it was particularly important to the vehicle manufacturer that the stored vehicles were effectively protected from moisture. Interior tarpaulins drain condensation to the outside.

Safety protection

Trapezoidal profiles as wall cladding increase theft protection and give the building a typical hall character.

High stability

Cable bracing in the walls and tension cables in the eaves defy wind and snow loads.

Simple hall entrance

The lockable and maintenance-free trapezoidal sliding gate is guided on the floor by plastic rollers, making it easy to open and close.

Bright hall interior

Translucent roof tarpaulins bring plenty of daylight into the hall. The plug-in lighting can be switched on if required.

Robustly anchored

The temporary building is permanently anchored to a concrete foundation with dowels.
