Temporary building for a plant construction specialist
Protection class 5 | fully insulated. The company faktor technik needed to expand its storage capacity. What was needed was a simple and economical hall for warehousing plastic parts - protected from the weather and frost. HALTEC realised a fully insulated BASIC temporary building - quickly, economically and, in this case, permanently.
The 12.50 x 25.00 m warehouse creates 312 m² of additional space gain. The roof and walls are constructed with sandwich panels. The thermal insulation reduces temperature losses and protects against frost inside the hall - crucial for warehousing temperature-sensitive plastic components. The aluminium scaffolding structure was mounted on an on-site concrete foundation and anchored with heavy-duty dowels.
Functional equipment for warehouse operations
A roller shutter gate allows materials to be stored and retrieved by forklift, while two single-leaf doors provide separate access for people. A continuous wall-strip windows provides daylight inside and is complemented by plug-in LED lighting. Overall, the functional HALTEC BASIC temporary building is designed precisely to meet operational requirements.
We wanted a simple, functional solution. The hall fulfils its purpose, protects the materials from frost and can be easily integrated into our processes.
