BASIC Reference 190

Marquee hall for an automotive supplier

Protection class 3 | condensation-protected. Space can get pretty tight during peak order periods - just like at this automotive supplier. The BASIC temporary building, rented for a year, protects stored goods from the weather that had to be moved out of the existing hall due to a lack of space.

In the new HALTEC hall, materials that are only needed sporadically are stored in the immediate vicinity of the main building. As a result, there is more space and operating processes can run more efficiently. The tarpaulin hall or tent hall offers a cost-effective solution for the car parts manufacturer.

High-quality tarpaulin panelling

The temporary building used for warehousing is clad with robust PVC-coated heavy fabric tarpaulins that can withstand wind and weather thanks to their high tear strength. The 650 g/m² premium material on the roof is white in colour and translucent. This means that the PVC material is translucent, creating daylight-like conditions in the hall. The additional lighting also supplied by HALTEC can therefore remain switched off during the day to save energy costs. In addition, retracted interior tarpaulins protect the goods against condensation and channel it away in a targeted manner.

Fast and cost-effective

Things have to move quickly in the automotive industry: "Just in time" is always on the agenda. Economical storage space is a must. Thanks to the HALTEC rental concept with large storage space, the hall could be realised within a very short time. The assembly of the tarpaulin hall was completed in just one day, which also played into the hands of the car parts specialist. Capital conservation through favourable, immediately tax-deductible monthly rents and consistent conditions are further plus points.

Tarpaulin hall as additional storage

Goods are stored in the simple storage tent in the immediate vicinity of the main building.

Dry storage area

Interior tarpaulins offer effective protection against condensation dripping off.

Easy access to the hall

The tarpaulin gate is easy to use and, unlike electrically driven gates, is completely maintenance-free.

Simple and robust

The tarpaulin gate is suspended from a steel tube like a curtain with round rings.

Tightly lashed

The gate of the tarpaulin hall is closed with a robust strap. This holds even under high wind forces.

Foundation-free

Thanks to ground pegs anchoring, the client saved time and money by eliminating the need for concrete foundations.

Well advised. HALTEC.
