Storage tent on a slope
Protection class 3 | condensation-protected. A company from the industrial sheet metal processing sector needed additional storage space for its goods. As there was no other possible assembly site on the company premises, the planned storage tent had to be built on a slope. A stable solution from HALTEC convinced the customer.
The particular challenge was to erect the desired hall on a site with a 20 cm drop in the transverse direction. The customer approached HALTEC expecting only to be able to erect a "crooked and rickety tent" and was pleasantly surprised. Thanks to the BASIC modular principle, but especially due to the in-house design and production, HALTEC was able to adapt the storage tent perfectly to the conditions on site:
- the slope of the ground was compensated with supports of different lengths
- the gap at the end of the roller shutter gate was closed with an angled wedge
HALTEC was thus able to fully fulfil the customer's high demands in terms of quality and appearance. He was happy to accept the longer delivery time and price adjustment for the special equipment.
