Large temporary buildings for an automotive supplier
Protection class 3 | condensation-protected. A boom in orders is usually a blessing for medium-sized companies. But what happens when the available space suddenly becomes too small to fulfil all the orders? An automotive supplier from Bavaria was faced with exactly this situation. The solution was two new HALTEC BASIC temporary buildings!
When the number of orders went through the roof, the previous warehouse had to be converted into a production area at short notice. A replacement for the lost storage space was needed - and as quickly as possible. The two new halls from HALTEC were realised within just six weeks!
Efficient room layout
In order to organise the operating processes as efficiently as possible, the two buildings are used differently. The larger of the two halls houses finished parts for despatch. The smaller hall houses raw material storage and recycling facilities. Sensibly positioned sliding gates ensure that work routes are kept as short as possible.
Suitable equipment
In addition to the sliding doors, the halls also have other useful equipment to suit their intended use. For example, the stored goods are protected from condensation dripping from the roof by retracted interior tarpaulins. The translucent roof tarpaulins ensure a bright hall interior at all times. For the winter months, LED lighting was also installed to provide sufficient light even on dark days.

Efficient design
Thanks to the modular design of HALTEC BASIC temporary buildings, a large amount of storage space could be created in a very short time.
Lots of space gain
The Aluflex.plus hall construction enables extra-large spans and side heights. This means that a particularly large number of goods can be stored in the hall.
Bright hall interior
The translucent roof tarpaulins ensure daylight-like conditions inside the hall.
Maintenance-free hall access
The two sliding gates allow quick access to the two halls. The doors are also maintenance-free and therefore particularly economical.
Foundation-free anchoring
No foundation work is required as the hall is anchored by ground pegs. The hall can be dismantled almost without leaving any residue if required.
Safety accesses
Simple steel doors allow people to pass through and serve as an escape route in an emergency.
Well advised. HALTEC.
