Functional warehouse for a removal company
The company Wese Umzüge offers its customers storage of household goods in addition to the classic removal service. As demand increased, the previous premises reached their limits - an extension was needed. The new HALTEC SELECT steel building was the perfect solution.
The 20.0 m wide and 35.0 m long hall offers a total of approx. 700 m² of new storage space. This means that owner Markus Wese now has enough space for his customers' inventory. The use of corlettes also makes it possible to stack the stored goods - in combination with the hall height of almost 8.0 m, this is particularly efficient!
Functional equipment
To make working in the new warehouse as pleasant as possible, HALTEC has integrated useful equipment elements. For example, the two large industrial sectional gates make it easy to enter and exit, whether with forklift trucks or other vehicles. The door height guidance also means that no storage space is blocked.
The hall also has a lorry docking station with a door seal. This means that the lorries with the customer's inventory can be loaded and unloaded at ground level and protected from the weather. Separate pedestrian and escape doors are provided for pedestrian traffic.
I was convinced by HALTEC from the very first offer. The top planning and construction work confirmed my decision once again.
