Firmly anchored in its foundations, the new 1,799 m² HALTEC SELECT steel building stands on the premises of a panel manufacturer for trade fair and shop fitting from North Rhine-Westphalia. Used as a multi-purpose building, all areas of the company come together perfectly here - from the exhibition centre to production with warehouse and the office complex on the upper floor. HALTEC realised the hall according to the customer's individual requirements.

Particularly energy-efficient

Energy efficiency was a major concern for the contractor when building the hall, which is why the hall was completely clad with 100 mm thick sandwich panels. The microlined panels also create a modern and elegant hall appearance. In terms of hall heating, the company opted for a modern energy-saving floor slab. Here, the heating is integrated directly into the floor slab as energy-saving underfloor heating. Further special features:

  • Thermo steel doors with increased tightness
  • Industrial sectional gates with 40 mm thick hard foam panels
  • Windows and shop windows with insulating glazing
  • Row of windows in ridge with multi-layered hollow chamber profiles

The company is completely delighted with the new hall construction - the combination of energy-saving floor slab and hall insulation proves to be an unbeatable system in terms of sustainability and cost-effectiveness.
