SELECT steel building for production and warehousing
A metalworking company from the Palatinate wants to expand its work area and significantly increase its storage capacity at its new headquarters. The customer invested in sustainability and efficiency with a system hall from HALTEC. The numerous equipment details in and on the hall impressed the metalworker across the board.
Everything under one roof: HALTEC's 745 m² system hall houses production as well as an order picking and storage area. Overall, the SELECT hall offers plenty of space for the production of washing machine bases. The customer opted for numerous equipment details for this hall construction, which perfectly complement the system hall and make daily work easier:
- a large, self-supporting canopy for additional protection in the outdoor area
- Industrial sectional gates with a width of up to 7.0 metres
- Remote control for convenient opening and closing of the industrial sectional gates
- a row of windows in ridge with SHEV equipment
- Aluminium window sill with colour-contrasting bend plates
- Colour-contrasting bend plates
It was particularly important to the customer that the system hall could be extended lengthways at any time if required. Achieving low heating costs was also an important aspect. Sandwich elements in the desired colour with the best insulation values and highly insulated industrial sectional gates fulfil this requirement.
