Special exhibition and auto repair building for a car dealer
Master car mechanic Frank Tinter needed a new location for his vehicle dealership and workshop. He wanted a showroom and auto repair building customised to his needs. HALTEC not only impressed with the functionality of this SELECT steel building, but also with a combination of different roof shapes that is atypical in system construction.
The pitched roof hall with workshop area was extended with a pent roof extension. This extension, which adjoins the gable wall of the hall, serves as exhibition and office space. The perfect solution for Frank Tinter, as a continuous ridge height of 7.19 metres would not have been necessary for the presentation of vehicles and office work.
Clear separation of the utilisation areas
The attached pent roof hall was generously equipped with shop windows and a double-leaf glass door to showcase the vehicles in the best possible light. A partition wall provides a clear separation between the exhibition and workshop. The workshop in the pitched roof hall remains functional: large, opposing industrial sectional gates on the long sides allow the vehicles to enter and exit smoothly.
Everything was just right with HALTEC - from planning to implementation. What is particularly valuable for me is that I always have a contact person on site who can help me quickly and reliably with any questions.
