Commercial building with salesroom, office and warehouse
These two connected halls from HALTEC were built in a small town in Baden-Württemberg. The client was the owner of an electrical company and had precise ideas about what his multi-purpose building should look like. A hall was realised that perfectly combines salesroom, office and warehouse.
HALTEC built a new multi-purpose building for an electrical company from Baden-Württemberg. The individually planned hall is perfectly designed to accommodate the individual company divisions and now offers sufficient space. A functional multi-purpose building with an attractive sales room, office and storage area was created for this craftsman from two connected halls.
Visually appealing
The multi-purpose building has a modern hall design. The waved façade elements create an unusual and particularly appealing look. The customer's logo fits perfectly into the appearance of the hall and, together with the colour-coordinated entrance door, gives it a touch of colour.
Company areas at a glance
The sales area is located at the front of the hall. Customers enter through a large, glazed entrance door into the interior, where electrical appliances are displayed and sold. Thanks to the large shop windows, the goods are clearly visible from the outside and the daylight ensures a pleasant shopping atmosphere.
The office and warehouse are directly adjacent to the front area. The spacious storage area offers plenty of room for storing products as well as for dispatching and receiving goods.
