Sales hall for a feed manufacturer

The old location was getting on in years and had reached its limits. Both employees and customers are delighted with the far more pleasant conditions in the new sales hall. A friendly appearance, a well-designed outdoor area with plenty of parking spaces and a sensible delivery zone create a feel-good atmosphere. The functional equipment of the sales hall contributes significantly to saving energy and makes this property a durable and sustainable building. The sales hall is clad with 100 mm thick sandwich elements - for cool temperatures in summer and very low heating costs in winter.

Building a sales hall: realised according to requirements

For perfect product presentation, large shop windows and wall-strip windows in the façade bring plenty of daylight into the hall. A glazed automatic door and a large canopy adorn the entrance area of the sales hall. The 75 m² canopy on the gable wall protects the entrance area and the goods on display from precipitation. A second canopy on the side wall provides further protection outside for stored bagged goods such as potting soil.

The approx. 120 m² warehouse is located at the rear of the sales hall. Delivered goods are temporarily stored on shelves here before being sorted by employees in the sales area. Access to the warehouse from the outside is via an industrial sectional gate with an integrated wicket door. A gable partition wall across the corner separates the storage area from the sales area.
