Modern sales hall with photovoltaic system
With the construction of a new sales hall by HALTEC, an electronics store was opened at a new location. Thanks to the modular design, the hall was quickly available. In the individually planned sales hall, the additional roof load for the photovoltaic modules, which generates electricity for the electronics store, was already included in the calculations.
The HALTEC modular design made it possible: just 113 days passed between the ground-breaking ceremony and the opening of the electronics store. In a very short time, HALTEC realised a sales hall that fulfils all the customer's wishes.
From the outside, the HALTEC sales hall has an unusual and eye-catching look. Colourful accents in the façade support the customer's brand image. The grey and blue wall cladding ideally matches the customer's logo and rounds off the hall's appearance.
Energy-efficient hall planning
The SELECT steel hall has both visual and energy-related features. A photovoltaic system was integrated on the roof of the sales hall to generate its own electricity.

Ventilation flaps with SHEV function
Ventilation flaps in the row of windows in ridge fulfil the required fire protection requirements with an integrated SHEV function.
