Production building with heavy-duty cranes
HALTEC realised a steel building for an industrial company, which is characterised by an impressive side height of almost 14 metres and two heavy overhead cranes. The industrial hall construction was customised to enable the company to optimise its work processes.
The almost 2,000 m² custom-built industrial hall is characterised by a remarkable side height of almost 14.0 m and two bridge cranes. It therefore fulfils all the requirements for the production and movement of ship propulsion systems. With a sophisticated hall concept, HALTEC created the optimum space gain for the company with this industrial hall construction. At the same time, the hall offers employees a safe and efficient working environment.
Two indoor cranes for efficient working
The installation of two heavy-duty crane runways was particularly important to the company when building the new HALTEC industrial hall. These are used to move heavy loads. The crane runways provide support for the complex work on the ship drives. Lifting the loads is therefore no longer a challenge and is done simply by pressing a button on the crane. The industrial hall was implemented in collaboration with HALTEC in such a well thought-out way that the work processes could be greatly optimised.
Reference images and details
Remarkable hall height for plenty of space gain
The robust industrial hall construction with its massive hall height ensures a lot of space gain and efficient working.
Daylight-like conditions
Generously dimensioned window areas in the roof and walls optimally illuminate the industrial hall building with daylight.
Easy transport of heavy loads
The economical steel construction allows two indoor cranes to be accommodated directly, despite the side height of just under 14.0 metres.
Simple assembly with crane runway
The two indoor cranes make it easy to move heavy loads and place them with pinpoint accuracy.
