Prefabricated hall for stormy coastal region in Poland
Protection class 3 | condensation-protected. A foil manufacturer from Poland decided to expand its storage capacity in favour of a robust prefabricated hall from HALTEC. The solid, high-quality hall produced in Germany fully meets the requirements of the polish company.
The successful family business Stolko is one of the leading foil manufacturers in Pomerania. The company needed more storage space, which HALTEC realised perfectly with a BASIC temporary building. The 344 m² prefabricated hall in Poland is ideally suited as a weather-protected interim storage facility for the finished film rolls.
The prefabricated hall in Poland scores highly in many respects and is perfectly customised to the company's needs. The robust bolted hall construction with a 2.50 metre grid can easily withstand the sometimes stormy Baltic Sea winds. In addition, the prefabricated hall is firmly fixed in the ground using ground pegs. With this anchoring method, the hall could be assembled directly on the existing paved surface without any foundations - this not only saved time, but also construction costs.
Should the company wish to grow further, there is also the option of adapting the prefabricated hall over time - HALTEC's system halls can be flexibly expanded. With HALTEC's 20-year after-sales guarantee, the building owner is playing it safe! The procurement of spare parts for repairs or even a hall extension is therefore no challenge.
Looking back, I can say that we have found the best possible partner on the market in HALTEC.
